Phil Jones – Chairman, CEO and Director

Phil has a lifetime of experience in engineering, software development and business management.

Phil had a successful avionics career with the Royal Australian Air Force and then became a franchisee for McDonald's Australia. During his 10 years with McDonald's, Phil turned one of the worst performing stores into the highest volume-trading store in the country, acquired two more franchises and opened the first 24-hour McDonald's in Australia.

In 2001, Phil was instrumental in winning an $80 million contract to provide outsourced payroll services to an Australian public company with a workforce of 25,000 people. Thirty years since inception and with the sixth generation of his Workforce Management software in development, Phil has helped transform E-tivity Corporation into a successful, profitable business, improving labour efficiency and reducing costs at 15,000 sites around the world.

In his role at HemiPhon, Phil will apply his expertise in the Workforce Management market to identify appropriate targets for acquisition as well as support an aggressive research and development strategy to ensure the ongoing success of subsidiaries such as E-tivity Corporation, while also positioning HemiPhon as an attractive vehicle for investors seeking a stake in this growing global market.

Honey has three decades of experience in streamlining business operations and processes, managing software development lifecycles, project management, quality assurance and business analysis.

Honey began work with E-tivity Corporation in 1984 when the company was known as Positive Group Holdings. In 2001, she became Chief Operations Officer and in this role oversaw the day-to-day operations of an $80 million contract to provide outsourced payroll services to an Australian public company with a workforce of 25,000 people. This contract accelerated the development of the E-tivity Workforce Management solution and Honey was instrumental in project managing the initial development of the core modules. 

For the last decade, Honey has combined her expertise in streamlining business operations and processes with overseeing the development of the E-tivity Workforce Management software.  Her work directly helped transform the company into a leading supplier and developer of Workforce Management solutions in Australia.

Her role as CEO of E-tivity Corporation (Development) recognises Honey's continuing commitment to E-tivity's software development program, while her involvement in HemiPhon will leverage Honey's expertise in business analysis and operations, project management and assessing the value of Workforce Management software IP as HemiPhon looks to expand its business through organic growth and growth by acquisition.

Michael brings a wide-range of operational and capital-raising knowledge and experience to his roles at HemiPhon and E-tivity Corporation.

Over the past 15 years, Michael has helped software startups transition into profitable ventures by combining his knowledge of seed capital, structured finance and mergers and acquisitions, with strong managerial and implementation expertise. 

Michael adds a strong entrepreneurial sensibility to HemiPhon's management seasoned by a deep familiarity with the American and global markets and a wide range of operational experience including supply chain and logistics, customer relationship management, process improvement, human resources management, workforce automation, sales force automation, enterprise software selection and implementation, and project management.

His comprehensive knowledge of integrating research and development and varied IP into ongoing product lines and businesses will support both HemiPhon and E-tivity Corporation's continuing efforts to deliver the best possible Workforce Management Solutions for clients as both parent company and subsidiaries pursue organic development and growth by acquisition.
